untitled poem by Lauren Mascari
This short poem was created in an effort to inspire conversation about what it means to be an advocate, not only for others, but most importantly ourselves. What does it mean to be the same person everywhere? When do we choose to confront ideologies that are incongruent with our identities? With this poem, I hope to encourage others to voice what they think is right, across relationships and settings.
